Prior to TopDown CPM Richard was a founding member of the Planful (formerly Host Analytics) leadership team. Richard spent 10 years serving as Vice President of Services, Vice President of Operations and the company’s CIO overseeing the development of Professional Services and Support for Planful customers. Since leaving Planful Richard has continued to work with Planful customers as an Advisor, Solution Architect, and Advocate dedicated to improving continuous planning for organizations of all sizes.

Pete comes to Top Down CPM as an experienced CFO and FP&A executive who has established an exceptional track record for driving operational excellence in the office of the CFO. 

Prior to becoming Co-founder and Managing Partner at Top Down CPM Pete held leadership roles with Ernst & Young, Travelers, Medtronic and UHY where he focused on enabling Fintech solutions for fellow FP&A executives. 

Pete holds degrees in Accounting and Computer science and has completed his Executive MBA and is a licensed CPA in the state of Minnesota where he lives with his wife and three children.

The Top Down CPM team comes from across industry and function, from around the world. Our team is comprised of senior-level CPAs & MBAs and have been business leaders working in Finance and Accounting. As such, they possess many years of experience with planning, consolidation, reporting, and analysis backgrounds. 100% of our team has experience working at Planful or as a Planful customer who has successfully implemented and worked with the Planful solution.
